酒店回复: Nie wieder, auch von unserer Seite aus. Der „steile“ Anstieg ist die leicht ansteigende Auffahrt zum Haus. Könnte dies dazu beigetragen haben, den Besitzer nicht zu grüßen? Anweisung doch nach dem Parken bitte die Schaltung auf P zu stellen, zur Sicherheit des Autos und Mitmenschen wurde mit einem murren akzeptiert. Gäste, die sich bei der Ankunft nicht vorstellen wollen, ist schon sehr seltsam oder arrogant?! Das über eine Agentur gebuchte Zimmer im ersten Stockwerk wurde zuerst mit „geht gar nicht” kommentiert, aber trotzdem angenommen, da kein anderes Zimmer frei war. Die Frage, wieso sie ein Zimmer mit Balkon im Obergeschoss gebucht haben wurde einfach ignoriert. Wir wurden von der Agentur nicht über die Gehprobleme der Gäste informiert. Die gewünschten Koffer wurden von uns ins Zimmer getragen. Kurze Zeit später musste das Gepäck, auf Wunsch der Gäste, von uns wieder zurück ins Auto gebracht werden. Gefragt, ob sie was anderes gefunden haben wurde mit einem knappen strengen JA beantwortet. Wir sind ein Bed and Breakfast und haben keine Küche für Gäste nur eine Kaffee/Tee Bar. Bei uns wird das Frühstück persönlich aufgenommen, gekocht und auf der Terrasse serviert. Zu der Anschuldigung, dass mit anderen Gästen Frühstück gekocht werden muss, bleibt uns ein Rätsel. Und jetzt wünschen wir Euch beiden doch noch ein tolles Leben und vielleicht mit etwas mehr RESPEKT.
Outstanding service, the owners made my retreat most enjoyable, nothing was too much trouble. The room was spacious, spotless and had crisp bed sheets, excellent sleep quality. Enjoyed the pool and sea view from almost everywhere in the lodge. Delicious, fresh breakfast Convenient location, within walking distance from beach, shops and restaurants An oasis of tranquility to relax away from busy life!

What an outstanding guest house! Beautiful property and room with spectacular seaview; delicious breakfasts on the terrace; quiet and peaceful; with impeccable service and care from the owners Rene and Renata. I highly recommend Wailana - a class above the rest!

It was our first time at this B&B. The Wonder was very friendly at our arrival. He took our suitcases and carried them to our room. He was also very helpful. The location of this B&B is very nice, you have an charming view over The ocean. Why did I only give 3 out of 5? Here is why: - the complet house is smelling very unventilated and damp - The rooms don`t have fridges, you have one in the coffee bar, where everyone could help himself. So it is possible that you put something in the fridge and somebody takes it when he want`s - the coffee bar is poorly equipped and has a character of a hostel and is not very clean - the room we had two different door to the balcony, one with open squares, it is a good idea to cool down the room at night. But the fact that the squares are open, you also can get visitors into the Room you don`t want. The squares should be equipped with flyscreens. - the B&B has some maintenance necessary About the breakfast I can not Write because we had to drive early and did not join the breakfast.

We were welcomed with a smile by the owner carried our bags and ushered us to a very spotless room . Breakfast was the great and hosting was beyond my expectations.

Absolutely amazing experience at Wailana Lodge! The warmest and most welcoming host, Rene, made our stay unforgettable. He is truly one of the nicest people we've ever met in the world. The view from the lodge is simply breathtaking; there's nothing better than enjoying breakfast while gazing at the ocean and watching whales. Rene even provided us with a wonderful binocular to enhance the experience! The coffee was delicious, and the hotel's grounds are delightful, featuring comfortable loungers, a lovely pool, and everything you could possibly need. We would have happily stayed longer if we could! Highly recommend Wai lana Lodge to anyone looking for a perfect getaway!

We stayed at Wailana Beach lodge for one night and all I can say is it was outstanding in every respect, the room, bed, breakfast and hosts were excelent.

We liked the stay very much. We had an excellent breakfast with a great view over the sea. A lush garden with swimming pool. Rene and Renate care very well for their hosts. They gave us a lot of helpful information about interesting things in the environment.
