Would not stay here again! Terrible experience. The hotel is well located abd has the potential but the lack of hospitality training badly lets down the place. Issues we encountered: Generally unclean and unhygienic. Previous occupant crockery left outside our room for our entire stay regardless of no. of staff walking by. TV channels not working. Took over 2 hours to sort out WC seat completely detached! Phone lines inefficient. Cannot hear the other side Dinner: we are the only ones in the restaurant but the four staff (constantly on their phones) could not get our order right. Air conditioning is old and inefficient Breakfast: starts at 7.30am. Had to beg for hot water for my tea. 15 mins later they brought an ancient kettle which took a while to heat up. When trying to fill my cup the defective kettle spilt from the edges and almost scalded me! Tea bags were sticky (old and handled by other people). When I asked for fresh ones, none in the drawer! I would not recommend this hotel.

A very nice hotel with equally nice staff.One of the best hotel in jodhpur.Great rooms and excellent food.Everyone whether from jodhpur or from outside; must visit this hotel once.

Wonderful experience, visited with my family in December, just awesome property, staff is very genuine and well mannered, special thanks to ms Anshu , for having a overall wonderful experience from check-in till checkout everything was aligned perfectly, highly recommended for business and family

My overall experience with the property was nice n staff was very polite. Food is tasty. Worth for money. I stayed there when o was travelling for business purpose. it is also perfect choice for family stay.

Well maintained rooms and hotel. I just stayed for a night and the hotel room was comfortable, spacious and very clean. The service at the dining area was good too. The checkout experience wasn’t great as the sole person on desk looked disinterested and was slow. May be because we checked out very early.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out. The room was spotless, well-furnished, and very comfortable. It was in a great location with easy access. The pool was clean, and breakfast was truly amazing. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

Neat and clean. Ambience is good. Food is great. Except for fastfood in the buffet, like pasta was bland, it has no taste. and noodles were too salty. Indian food like types of.rptis, curries starters n all were really mouthful. I strongly reccomend your visit.

这是我近两个月内第二次入住这家酒店。第一次是在2025年8月，体验非常糟糕。这家酒店的基础设施很好，但服务却很差。第一次入住时，我如实详细地反馈了主要的服务问题。这次我进房间时，发现房间很脏。我问前台酒店是否客满，这是否是最后一间空房。我感觉房间虽然一周前就在网上预订了，但并没有准备好。我进入的房间很脏，到处都是头发，卫生间也很脏，下水道堵塞。冰箱也需要修理。上次入住时，冰箱也存在同样的问题，持续了两天。电视遥控器没有盖子，我反复要求了40多分钟才拿到。第二天前台提出可以给我换房，但并没有兑现。餐厅的拉查帕拉塔饼半生不熟，油都快滴下来了。早上快9点的时候，大堂里还有蜘蛛网和脏兮兮的沙发。我向前台反映后，他们才打扫干净。服务很差，员工反应迟缓。附上几张照片。很遗憾，我不会再去那里了。
