Pleasant front desk and housekeeping was very accommodating. Problem was , there is no ‘closing time’ for the pool. People loud and inconsiderate til 3 am. Rooms with no outside windows and adjacent to the pool suffered no sleep

Great 2 night stay. Did have several incidents of TV not working. Staff came 4 times and finally got TV to work properly. Was impressed with staff

Jozette hotel on our way home cause they had a bar at the hotel looking to watch Monday Night Football. The barmaid was very friendly and very courteous however, she had no clue what Monday night football is took forever to get the TVs changed. She was overworked and needed a minimum of one additional probably two additional people to keep up with everything did not at all raise an issue because she was trying her best. Couldn’t seem to get a game on the four TVs custom we weren’t happy.

房间里的冰箱坏了。酒店客满，没能派人来替换，所以我们不得不把带回来的剩菜都扔掉。酒店停电了大约5分钟。房间正对着大堂，由于酒吧在大堂，加上酒店的布局，房间里的声音被放大了，整晚都很吵。
根本不值我220美元订的房间。浴室没有通风口，空间和灯光都很小。那天晚上有一群人在聚会，他们回房间时在走廊里发出很大的声音。
