Very friendly & helpful staff, clean, continental breakfast, easy parking, gym workout area, reasonably priced. I highly recommend Microtel Inn & Suites to anyone.

We enjoyed the stay however some of the towels in the bathroom had questionable things in them when we checked in. The breakfast that was provided was not that great to be honest. We were in the first floor and could hear people on the 2nd floor

Beds were creaky with every move and could hear people in the halls which both made sleeping hard

Property is overall very dirty. Found lipstick stains and trash from the previous guest on my sheets. No toilet paper or trash bags in the room when I arrived. Elevator looked like it hadn't been cleaned/wiped down in years. Wouldn't stay here again unless necessary.

住几晚还不错。房间干净，水温也不错。早餐很差，两天都没有新鲜水果。最让人郁闷的是，我的房间钥匙有时候能用，有时候不行。所以我只能上下楼梯走到前台。试了好几次都没成功，最后还是被人护送回房间。这种情况发生过几次，没人知道原因。
酒店不错，但客房服务人员不太靠谱。
酒店一切都很好，直到我退房的时候，我把一副很贵的Bose耳机落在房间里，结果被客房服务人员偷走了。没错，把耳机落在房间里是我的错，但这绝对算不上小费。
当然，前台没人知道这件事，而且他们也不在失物招领处。我讨厌小偷。如果你住在这家酒店，我一定会确保你的财物在你身边。
我住的酒店太脏了。我从一个房间换到另一个房间，直到其中一个房间彻底打扫干净。我发现一个房间有头发，另一个房间有汗味和脏袜子味。
