我和两个儿子从3月1日至3月2日在这家酒店住了一晚。我最小的儿子抱怨晚上有东西在他身上爬。但早上没找到。我们看到一只虫子在床上爬来爬去。我拍完照片后去了前台。前台的先生说他们必须进行调查。然后他递给我他的总经理名片。我联系了总经理,并通过电子邮件详细地告知了情况。
他们没有像前台说的那样取消我们的预订。我们住在哥伦布是因为他们的泳池开放了。希望你们退还那将近300美元。因为我们根本没看到酒店房间。我们入住后,前台说泳池正在施工,我们马上就退房了。

优点——热水淋浴不错,床上用品舒适。房间里的咖啡不错。缺点——电视很差。不知道是什么原因,因为入住时遥控器不见了。我要求拿一个,最后过了一会儿,我下楼到前台拿了一个,但它与实际的频道不匹配,所以我不知道我在看什么。而且也没有本地新闻。我入住的原因是天气恶劣,所以很不方便。总的来说,我的入住达到了目的,但我觉得它没有达到洲际酒店集团的品牌标准
一定会再来的!
非常干净和现代的入口!早餐很棒!!唯一的抱怨是泳池区灯光很暗,晚上游泳时光线很暗!房间里的灯光也需要彻底改造!我们花了很长时间才找到小开关,而且床头柜上的插座只能放一个充电器!
房间总是很干净。这家酒店有泳池,虽然对我来说有点冷,但那里有一个可用的。酒店内还有一个小型自助洗衣房。如果你喜欢早餐,还可以享用免费早餐。
