Very nice, new rooms with a friendly owner. Great wifi and comfortable beds. The only parking is street parking, and it wasn't super easy to find (in our experience). There also isn't really breakfast (just some snacks left out, a little juice, and a coffee machine). But it was a nice room for the price.

I was very pleased with this hotel. It was very modern and had recently been remodeled. It had all the amenities that I was looking for. I was very comfortable and felt very safe here.

In a place like Licata where there aren’t many options for accommodations, this place is a great find. The rooms are very modern and spacious, and the location cannot be beat, as it is within walking distance of all the main sites in Licata. Breakfast is self serve with tasty pastries, juice and coffee. The owners are friendly and welcoming. One of the best places I stayed in all of Italy!

This is an outstanding place to stay. It's modern, with convenient outlets for chargers. The bathroom has attractive, modern fixtures and excellent water pressure, and the bed was very comfortable. The host was very nice and the epitome of hospitality. The location is perfect, a very brief walk from the Carmine church and an easy walk to the waterfront. The only reason I didn't give it the highest possible rating was the breakfast, a self-serve prepackaged pastry, a tiny bottle of orange juice and coffee you make yourself. But with such a great price, you can afford to get a better breakfast at a caffe.
