Really nice room with full kitchen short walk to Hampton beach. Perfect for a fishermen who doesn’t want to spend all his money eating out. Refrigerator stove oven microwave coffee maker.

******* should remove this property from their website. It was disgusting with ants crawling everywhere, stained bedding and I swear something ran under the bed while we were leaving in the middle of the night! Stay away!!

Staff was excellent, room was just ok. Bed was uncomfortable (to me) and squeaked with every movement. The bathroom is not in good shape.

This property is a typical beach cottage. It could use continued upgrades. There were multiple fixtures missing light and the bed was ok. The place was good enough. The property was super loud. You can hear right through the walls and the road noise can disturb light sleepers.

Not that friendly no shower curtain and they said I would have one in 5 mins it took them a hr didn’t clean the room or pick up trash or dirty towels bed is old and need to up grade

The parking area was *******, would not park in there. Heat didn’t work, top of shower leaked enormously & flooded the bathroom, beds were like concrete floors, no lighting & Internet didn’t work. Did I leave anything out? How did this place get a 7.2 rating & it wasn’t cheap.

One night stay
We came for an overnight and upon check in were offered a free upgrade which was great. The two gentlemen at the front desk were very welcoming. One brought me to see where the room was located and the other showed me where to park my larger sized vehicle. We were on the third floor. I sat outside and watched as the sun set. The sky was gorgeous. Since it was a one night stay in September, we didn’t bring our bathing suits, but I wish I had. The pool looked relaxing. The king sized bed was very comfortable. The location of the Inn was perfect for a walk to the beach. If we are in the area again, I would love to stay here.
