Our room was clean and staff was friendly, we utilize the gym daily and enjoyed its variety and cleanliness. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay.

******* placed me in the wrong hotel with a different room. The room worked for us, just needed the bathtub in the room that I had booked for my two babies. Nothing Residence could have controlled. Just know to double verify my booking prior. All it really did was extend travel, and we didn’t get the bathtub. Other wise enjoyable.
最好的酒店，最好的人员，最好的房间，最好的早餐，安全区域，50美元押金。
酒店位置便利安全，几英里内就有商店和餐馆。前台工作人员非常友善，尤其是下午/晚上值班的工作人员。早餐很棒，种类丰富。咖啡还可以，但算不上特别好。我觉得酒店有几点可以改进。泳池干净漂亮，但是水温偏低。我跟工作人员反映后，他们回复说：“哦，是的，一个加热器坏了。”办理入住时并没有告知我们这一点，而这正是我们选择这家酒店的原因之一。我们只有早上才能洗热水澡，而且水温也不够高。洗手池里的水要很久才能变热。洗衣房很干净，但是其中一台烘干机总是出问题，最后彻底坏了，我的衣服都没烘干。我跟前台反映了这个问题，但他们几乎没有回应。我们的房间有几天没打扫，可能是因为语言不通，而且我不得不一直要求更换干净的毛巾。总的来说，我们还会再次入住这家酒店。
房间很棒。我们到的时候前台没有工作人员，等了十多分钟。早餐不太好，没有糖浆，我找了工作人员才拿到，又等了十分钟。结果他拿来新的糖浆后，糖浆机又坏了，根本用不了。只好放弃了，也没时间再去找工作人员了。除此之外，房间很干净，周围环境也很安全。
位置很符合我的需求。房间不错，附近也有餐馆。唯一不满意的，也是我以后不会再住的原因，就是淋浴水压太小，必须离墙不到一英尺才能淋到水。
这次住宿体验完全出乎我的意料。浴室水槽的塞子不见了。我们入住的两天都没有咖啡。第一天，餐具、糖浆和水果都没有。这方面的服务员不会说英语，这让人有点恼火。

房间从未打扫过，而且气味难闻。健身房非常老旧破败。对于我这种一周七天中有五天都住在酒店的商务人士来说，这里的条件实在算不上理想。
