We reserved the right to enter any room for emergencies These guests left guests left AC running while away all day even though they were told not toLeave them running. These guests left the apartment filthy and in disarray. They left food out , garbage full ( were supposed to empty and didn’t ) , and dishes unwashed. They also told us they would arrive at 5pm and might stop for something to eat but showed up 5 hours late keeping my checkin staff up way past late checkin. When we discussed it she said “ it is what it is “ and laughed about it.We would never have them back.
