The floor of the room was very dirty. I asked for a cleaning, but no one came. I asked to turn on the television, but no one came to fix it. The facilities were very poor. Noise from the outside station was coming into the room, disturbed my sleep. Location should be changed to improve the atmosphere. Staying at Hotel Le Roi Jammu is a waste of money and time. If visitors does not want to waste money then I strongly advise them not to make booking in this hotel.

One of the worst hotel in jammu.. Charged for the key losss. Staff don't know the meaning of hospitality... Behaved very badly... One of the worst hotell.... Don't recommend anyone....,.............

Visited for a meal. Cleanliness and maintenance is almost nil. Infrastructure is good enough but shows lack of supervision and maintenance due to the fact that it is bang on Jammu Railway Station. Only good for a quick beer and snacks if you happen to be on the railway station.

This was very burst experience I had in Hotel some of the staff members behave very rudely with my fiancé and also abuse her while she were asking for her personal things that's belongs to our rooms so kindly revert us or refund us due to this reason we did not checked in into the hotel so kindly do restricted action on staff as soon as possible
如果您想赶明天的火车，这里是住宿的最佳选择。即使步行，您也可以去最近的当地商店逛逛吃吃。酒店大约500米外有一个类似市集的地方。不过，需要忍受火车播报到午夜12点，但总体还是可以接受的。感谢经理Ram先生提供的优质服务，他帮我预订火车票帮了大忙。
- 酒店位置不错。唯一的问题是铁路广播会持续不断地传过来，不过这还在可忍受的范围内。
- 前台服务人员非常乐于助人。我当时旅行后很疲惫，他们看到我一脸倦容，就让我提前几个小时办理了入住。
- 整体氛围很好，有独立的用餐区和安全的电梯。
- 厕所（201房间）很脏，特别是马桶。
- 浴室排气扇太吵了。
- 没有衣柜。
- 服务响应慢——我要求提供浴帽，因为浴帽是按需提供的。我打了好几次电话，差不多一个小时才送过来。
- 他们真的应该认真考虑在房间里提供一个电热水壶。公共区域的茶/咖啡和热水服务虽然不错，但并不能提供恰到好处的服务和舒适度。
- 如果有人想喝几杯温水，就得去公共区域坐着喝。
- 早上想喝茶，也得走出房间。
我觉得考虑到电热水壶的成本，这样做会更经济实惠，也更容易管理。
除了卫生方面，其他都很好。
