I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Kerala! The location was absolutely perfect, close to everything yet peaceful and relaxing. The rooms were big, spacious, and very comfortable, and the bathroom was fantastic — modern, clean, and well-designed. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. The food was excellent, with a great variety of local and international dishes that were full of flavor. One of the highlights was the rooftop swimming pool and bar, it offers a stunning view overlooking the city, especially beautiful at sunset. Everything about this stay was perfect,from the ambiance to the service. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kerala!

Rooms are Good. But food options in buffer dinner are limited. We have booked 3 rooms with dinner options. They have provided us buffet dinner but with only 2 non veg dishes. No non veg soup provided inspite of our request. Taste is also average.

had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was extremely poor — there was only one person handling all the orders, which led to long delays and a lot of confusion. To make matters worse, the operation manager was very unprofessional in his behavior, which completely ruined the dining experience. With such service standards, it’s difficult to recommend this place.

The location was fantastic, with beautiful surroundings, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing an excellent first impression. The rooms were clean, stylish, and roomy, equipped with everything we needed. The service in the dining area was attentive and efficient, and the food was good value for money.

The hotel is really nice and the service is definitely a top notch one. Definitely recommend this one! The view and location is another bonus since its right in front of the beach !

一家靠近铁路道口的酒店，距离车站仅几步之遥。海滩（无论您是否游泳）距离酒店仅几步之遥。另一方面，阿拉普拉镇似乎距离相当远，但很多时候它会被用作乘船游览的基地，所以我认为这不会成为问题。大楼里的等级感觉还不错，但似乎相当新。然而，当我预订住宿时，当我收到要求我将住宿费转入银行的消息时，我很困惑。当我告诉他们从国外银行转账很难的时候，他们告诉我在当地支付就可以了，所以我没有任何问题，但也许我不习惯处理外国人。
