I had an absolutely wonderful dining experience and stay. The selection of Indian and international cuisine was exceptional — every dish was rich in flavor, beautifully presented, and clearly prepared with the highest standards of cleanliness and care. You can truly taste the freshness and quality in every bite. One of the things I loved most was being able to watch the chefs prepare and cook the food. Seeing the kitchen in action gave me great confidence in how clean, organized, and well-structured the food preparation process is. It’s clear that a lot of thought and attention goes into every detail — from the layout and presentation of the dishes to the balance of flavors on the plate. A special thank you to Khrisan, the Restaurant Manager of Panorama. He was incredibly attentive and friendly, going far beyond the usual service to ensure that my fiancé’s family and I had a memorable dinner. He also made our morning breakfast and check-in experience just as enjoyable. As a visiting foreigner from the USA, I can sometimes feel a bit outside my comfort zone, but Khrisan made me feel completely relaxed and welcome throughout my stay. His warmth, professionalism, and genuine care made a huge difference. He even provided wonderful assistance to my sister, ensuring she felt comfortable and well taken care of as well. Overall, this was more than just a meal — it was a truly memorable experience filled with outstanding food, thoughtful presentation, and exceptional hospitality. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality cuisine and heartfelt service. I will definitely be returning!

My stay was really good, Mr manoj, Ms. Shivani, Ms. Sarla, Ms. Soni Negi, were really attentive and provided a really good environment for the stay. All in all it was perfect.

Staff is professional and cooperative. Havana roof top restaurant has good vibes. Panorama restaurant on 1st floor is best in Bareilly. Happy stay was there

My stay was comfortable and pleasant overall. The room was neat, and the staff were courteous. However, I would suggest improving the Wi-Fi speed and adding more breakfast options. Apart from that, everything was well managed. Thank you for your hospitality.
