A beautiful hotel, very friendly employees, excellent kitchen, paradise-like swimming pool, nice, clean and mostly quiet rooms, very attractive and welcoming surroundings, the breathtaking landscape... in one word: WOW! The horse-driven carriage with the young driver bringing us to the very friendly and funny fishermen, the church community inviting us to enjoy an extatic ceremony after we are attrackted by their drum sounds, Isa showing us the most wonderful sunrise ever and hundreds of vivid waterbirds, the National Parc and other lakes with their own charm nearby, the mountains as a frame along the horizon... overwhelming in beauty. And yes those flies... I forgot them. If I needed to travel back to Ethiopia to visit a hotel, I would ask for this one! A golden choise: to allow hotel guests to meet neighbours in the parc and swimming pool. I felt like being between friends. Hoping that the employees can enjoy these surroundings as much as their guests do. That impression I got when saying goodbye, hoping to meet again!

Haile is a nice hotel, although I'm disappointed to see that the grounds are not as well kept as they previously were.

Impressed with the consistent quality at every Haile resort location. Special thanks to Konjit for her warm hospitality. Once again, I'm thoroughly impressed, everything from the service to the staff's humility is truly remarkable. I can't wait to return again soon.

We enjoyed the hospitality in the several services provided by the resorr. The trip to the neighbour islands arranged by the resort was also awesome. The room was surprisingly clean and neat with sudficient lighting and ventilation. Keep it up.

This place is amazing! The staff are very attentive and made our stay very nice and comfortable. It is a great place through and through. They even baked us cake as we were leaving to thank us for the stay

Very nice and welcoming staff in all areas. Good food. There is a nice looking pool, but I never used it. Fair internet connection for Ethiopia.
Price - value is correct. The garden is very nice. You can observe monheys and many types of birds. There is access to the lake shore walk way, which is quite nice. They offer nice boat tours in the lake. This time I was not able to do, but I will probably next time. For sure I will come back. Beds are very good. Also, all found clean, however there are always coming in some ants from the gardens, what may be uncomfortable for some people. There is given free bottled drinking water every day. Housekeeping is done nicely every day. The only thing they may improve. Rusty water come out on hand wash and shower, it smells metallic rusty and has a yellow colour, probably rusted tank. Also, it would be nice to get in every room a good mosquito net installed fix as standard. Now you have to ask for it. I would suggest to sacrify one of the guest rooms in the garden to install the massage room there, just to be able to have a nicer place for this. It's definitely the best hotel option in Ziway. I will come back again.

Probably the best hotel chain in Ethiopia, very professional and friendly staff. Alwayd clean and well-maintained. Ethiopian and international cuisine up to exppected standards. I can highly recommend Heile resorts!
