前台服务热情周到
我们在那里住了六天。酒店非常舒适。我本来想住四人间,结果他们给了我两间相连的双人间,所以考虑到有两间浴室,我觉得这次升级还是不错的。其中一间浴室唯一的缺点是淋浴恒温龙头只能出热水,可惜水是沸腾的。另外,其中一间的空调温度停在了20度,我感觉它好像坏了,因为分流器里什么水都没有。考虑到七月份的气温,而且我正在度假,我不想把龙头和空调送去修理。我想避免在我们外出期间让技术人员进房间。台球桌应该放在酒店的安全区域。它很旧,台布好几处都破了,还有三根球杆,其中只有一根带尖头。还有两套球,但都不够完整。(真遗憾)。前台人员似乎很有礼貌,也很乐于助人。虽然酒店距离市中心较远,但却让我们感受到了阿姆斯特丹郊区的宁静与美丽。
工作人员很棒,尽管天气不好,但住宿体验依然很棒。
我们提前1小时到达,但两位热情好客的工作人员热情地接待了我们,并立即为我们办理了入住手续。房间看起来很漂亮,浴室也打扫得很干净。(墙壁看起来有点脏,但还好)。小厨房也很不错,里面有一些茶包和速溶咖啡包,用过后可以换新的。唯一的缺点是离公共交通有点远,比如公交车站,步行15-20分钟就到了。不过可以选择租自行车。我们回家的时候,他们帮忙订了出租车,第二天早上也帮了我们。工作人员真是太棒了。
史基浦机场最差的酒店!!!
我们周三照常入住,但这也是我们整个旅程中唯一轻松的部分。
入住后,我们去了三楼的房间,发现空调坏了。我们打电话给前台,被告知他们会在周五之前派维修人员来维修。同时,他们还送了一台小风扇到房间里。
第二天从海滩回来后,电梯上挂着一个标志,说电梯坏了。周五到了,我们问前台什么时候来维修,他们说三楼已经停运好几个星期了。所以总的来说,我们第一次问的时候根本没人来,而且被骗了。
入住期间酒店发布了高温预警,我们的房间朝阳,所以感觉非常热,所以我上床睡觉时汗流浃背,醒来时也汗流浃背。
还有,有一天我被锁在门外,不知道要按前台的按钮才能进去。前台告诉我们,他去做其他事情的时候会锁门。
最后,这个地方离其他公共交通工具很远,所以你会比预期走得更多。
总的来说,这是我住过的最差的酒店,强烈建议你不要住。
附言:即使我们周二早上退房了,空调和电梯仍然坏了!
我觉得名字里有“酒店”这个词有点误导。同样具有误导性的是,这家酒店宣传说他们距离博物馆和其他旅游景点只有 10 分钟的步行路程。但这并不是酒店,更像是一个短期公寓大楼。它位于一个小区内。他们只在第六晚后打扫一次房间,之后每 7 天打扫一次。没有洗漱用品,如果需要更多毛巾,他们需要支付 6 美元。有趣的是,我本来想给他们 5 星服务,因为他们提前给了我们一间房间,但我不得不和楼下的人争论,因为他说房间会在第七天后打扫。当我告诉他我会查看他发给我的电子邮件时,他放弃了。我们离开时,我女儿听到他叫另一个员工多收钱,但他毫不在意。他没有意识到我女儿正站在他旁边,试图交回房间钥匙卡。我收到的邮件里说他们有个游戏室,里面摆满了脏兮兮的旧沙发、破旧的台球桌、坏掉的点唱机、地板上的坏电视和挂在墙上的电视,都坏了。
我应该好好研究一下的,但*******竟然宣传这是酒店,还冒充酒店,真是丢人。他们连前台都没有!!!我想补充一下,他们收了我城市税,但*******已经收了。
还有一件很奇怪的事情是,我觉得他们在楼下的小商店附近或者说在……附近经营着一家船运公司。
我们在阿姆拉斯公寓酒店度过了愉快的时光。由于公共交通不方便,我们选择使用Bolt出行。往返阿姆斯特丹的单程票价约为18欧元。洗衣服务免费,这点很棒,只是烘干机太烫了。房间非常舒适,座椅舒适,床铺舒适,非常干净。酒店没有洗洁精、洗衣皂或洗发水,只有香皂,所以请自备一些。工作人员非常出色,非常友好且乐于助人。我们入住期间有两天需要空调,但空调坏了。他们给了我们一台不错的风扇。大多数日子里,即使没有空调,也感觉很舒服。总而言之,我们非常享受这次住宿。离开这座城市,享受一个安静的夜晚,为接下来忙碌的旅行做好准备,真是太好了。

员工非常友好周到。酒店有自己的24小时便利店,方便出行。酒店离机场很近,这是一个优点。房间管理得很好,一切都很干净。我一定会再来的。

唯一的缺点:地理位置
步行 20 至 30 分钟即可到达公共交通,然后乘坐公共汽车、电车和/或火车约 30 分钟即可到达阿姆斯特丹市中心。
非常靠近史基浦机场,靠近高速公路,因此可以轻松游览阿姆斯特丹周边的城市,步行 15 分钟即可到达市中心,非常宽敞安静的房间,您听不到隔壁房间的任何声音。
