Room was very spacious and had a good supply of glasses, a full size fridge. Temperature control was poor; had to keep windows open. Beds do not have proper mattresses, and combined with the hard pillows, it was like sleeping on the ground! Huge surprise at checkout. This hotel charges you $50 if you use the glasses in the room and don’t wash them.

Rooms are decently clean. The staff is very kind. Only downside is the comfortability of the beds and the breakfast was pretty limited most mornings. But overall it's convenient and average to stay at.

The room was very clean and spacious. It was extremely quiet. There was one small bathroom garbage. With a kitchenette it would have been nice to have a kitchen garbage. The bed was like sleeping on a mat. I was never able to have a warm shower let alone a hot one in the 4 days I stayed There was only two bath towels, two face cloths but no hand towels. With no phone to call anyone you would need to go to the front desk to ask for something.
For the cost I would have expected a little more

Check in process was painfully slow and breakfast was very basic, and the property dated, but the room was large and the bed comfortable. For a one night stop over, it’s fine.

Rooms are clean but bedding, drapes and carpet are old and dingy. No in room coffee maker and no ice machine and pool is permanently closed. Very disappointed. Always has been our go to hotel in Ponoka but won’t stay here anymore. Owner needs to push some money towards repairs and updates.

Really enjoyed our 2 night stay - husband and wife for family wedding.
Large room W/ kitchenette and fireplace. AC worked fine - firm mattress but not a big deal. Very clean and quiet.

也许这家酒店更适合长住，但如果只住一两晚，我以后再也不会选择这里了。工作人员非常友好，房间里有烤箱也很棒，但他们把房间里的咖啡壶都撤走了，而且唯一的微波炉在前台旁边，所以你得离开房间/楼层才能用上。
