We had black hair in our bathroom + kitchen area. I was also woken up in the 5am hour by loud semi truck noises in parking lot sadly.

Everything was great! Our family of 6 were very comfortable during the 4 night stay. Room layout was great with plenty of storage areas, and the breakfast was better than expected as well. Hotel itself was clean and maintained well. Great location too as we were staying here for Dollywood visit.
Only thing I would point out is that the water pressure is bit low in the shower.
Other than that, great experience overall!

I loved it. The room was perfect, confortable beds and pillows, very clean, nice kitchen, beautiful view to the pool and the city. I recommend it.

Assign allowed pet to one floor, to keep areas more clean and less smelly/noisy. Needs more help in the breakfast time, constant need to request replenish coffee or waffle batter since everything was empty but personnel was busy. The mattress needs a change.

I do understand the frustration of having disturbances from other guests' pets, however, unfortunately Home2, like many Hilton brands, is 100% pet-friendly, and do not carry designated pet rooms or floors. Guests are always free to report disturbances to the front desk, as we honour every guest's comfort during their stay with us. For the breakfast issues, I apologize, but I hope your wait for food and coffee was not significant. All the nights you stayed, were sold out nights, and while it is no excuse, it is only natural for food and other items to run out, as the buffet line can only accommodate so much food at a time, and we also cook and brew coffee as needed to keep to our breakfast fresh and hot. Now to address the issue with the mattress. I am happy to report that our property had a complete renovation that completed in April this year. All our mattresses were replaced with brand new ones, and are probably still being broken in. Unfortunately, it's not a "one size fits all", as we have guests that hate them, as well as guests who ask for the supplier information to attempt to buy their own.Thank you for leaving your feedback. I’m always nervous when booking hotels I’ve never stayed at before but this place was awesome. The room was much bigger than we had thought. Water pressure in the shower was just the way I like it. Staff was very friendly. Anytime we visit Pigeon Forge in the future we will definitely stay here

Room was clean. Beds were decent. Pillows were sad and squishy. Bathroom led light was set to dermatology exam level with no dimming or other bathroom light option. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was hot and plentiful. Coffee was surprisingly good.

When we arrived, the hotel staff was very friendly and greeted us with a smile. The breakfast was good, with a good variety and a delicious soup. The room was comfortable and clean, and the kitchen was perfect for a short stay.
我们之前住过一家Home2 Suites酒店，非常喜欢。所以这次我们预订了这家Home2 Suites，想着应该也能有同样的体验。结果大错特错！办理入住还算顺利，但房间的情况就完全不同了。床边到处都是面包屑，最糟糕的是床单和被褥都散发着难闻的气味。我打电话给前台说明了情况，她说会派清洁人员过来。几分钟后，清洁人员敲了敲门，只拿来了一套床单和被罩，然后说：“我不会说英语，抱歉。”🙄 我们非常生气，本来想好好放松一下，结果却不得不自己换床单。😠
酒店的食物也不怎么样，选择很少，甚至连苹果汁、新鲜水果和小杯酸奶都没有。
总之，以后我们绝对不会再入住这家酒店了。
顺便一提，他们前门上还贴着一张告示，上面写着：“由于停车位有限，每个房间仅限一个停车位。”
交通便利！房间大小合适，设施齐全！早餐不错……真希望有一天能吃到培根！！！种类很多！！！
