My recent stay 5 days , The bathroom was dirty long hair all over the floor. The carpet had not been swept. There was crumb and candy. The staff was rude not very accommodating. I am a diamond member, expected more from this hotel.

This is my go to when in Greeley this recent was perfect as expected only complaint is the girl Tanya at the front desk wasn't the nicest and a little more then rude but other then that a great stay

Stay here for location, NOT service or amenities. "Free" wifi only for rewards members, breakfast not included. Outrageously expensive breakfast buffet. Staff indifferent to requests. A/C unit in room had extremely loud fan and a loose cover that rattled so badly we had to turn it off to sleep. I was very disappointed considering the price, we are on ane tended trip and have had much nicer accomodations in more modest properties.

Did not get room clean untill the 3 day & still they only made the bed & brought towels but did not clean the restroom sink or toilet

The hotel is beautiful! It’s in the heart of Greeley so there’s definitely no lack of things to do. The staff was kind and the overall experience was 10/10!

Everything was great but the air conditioner in our room was so loud. It kept us up all night because of how noisy it was but it was too warm for us to shut it off.
