Place was clean and in pretty good condition. Was a great stay for the price. Will stay again if the opportunity to travel to florence arrises again. Staff was nice and helpful

The hall to our room was never vacuumed, and it was really needed.
Staff were very nice. Room was very nice. We opted for no room cleaning for our stay. Shops and restaurants close by - great variety.
Lots of door slamming as people came and went early in the am. One reason was because the door handles are rigid and do not turn, for quieter closing.
Thin walls, could hear a lot of noise and voices. I suppose most hotels are built that way
