The only reason I failed to give full marks was the lack of a grab bar in the bath room . I slipped getting into the bath and getting out was quite a challenge for a 76 year old. Everything else was up to the Marriott standard , the room and equipment was excellent for a traveller or even a longer stay.

The staff at this place are not friendly. Upon checking they would not allow me to use my Marriott member number since I used 3rd party. They were also rude no another friend of our who was checking in. That evening we went to the lobby where there was a few others watching the World Series. A group of us (5 people) came into the lobby was there for 5-10 minutes and other people started yelling because of a big play made. John at the front desk yelled “I’ve told you like 4 times to be quiet down here if you don’t stop I’m going to make you leave” I asked if he was speaking to us in our group and he said “yes all of you who I’ve told to be quite” I immediately went in defense and told him we just got down there and I would not be spoken to like a child. My kids who are with a football team have been respectful and quiet, haven’t been running the halls and were in the room resting we came down to watch the game not get yelled at. Another person went and asked for a beer and he told all of us we were cut off. We only had one drink. He was rude, disrespectful and we will not be back. I will leave a bad review on every site possible and I am pursuing a refund. Completely disrespectful.

The check in process went well. Only stayed for one night passing through but room was equipped with a full kitchen. The room smelled a little musty and smoky. Bedroom was right next to interstate so very noisy at night. Could have been a little cleaner but overall good as we only stayed one night we werent too picky. Easy to get to and could walk to restaurants nearby. Pet friendly but could have more area to walk dogs to go potty.

The room was clean and the beds were nice. Pillows are hotel pillows nothing to write home about. Same with the breakfast, standard free breakfast fare. A word of caution to people sensitive to fragrances, this lobby is highly fragranced. I couldn't even make it half way through breakfast before I started having asthmatic reactions. The toiletries they provide are also fragranced, but it was a lot lighter scent than expected and was tolerable. Would stay here again, just more prepared now.

Very disappointed, room was small, layout was horrible, closet door would not open…scrapped the floor, shower fixture was loose, faucet was loose, TV on the wall between bed and shower wall in the walk way. Shower opened up right to the bed. Willing to pay more for a good experience…left after one night and went to a different, better hotel at a lower price.

This was our second week-long stay at this location, and we were a bit disappointed. Our room's A/C wasnt working in the July heat, and the staff just kinda shrugged and said "A lot of them aren't." The coffee and the breakfast options are pretty good, the pool was a little green, and parking can get a little weird towards the weekend.

This property was nice. We had multiple rooms that were being used. The room that had only a king bed with a couch was a little snug. All the rooms had kitchens. The 2 queen beds had good space with a dinning table but the 2 bedroom suite was the best. Everyone at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful. The showers did need a little updating but still worked fine. The hotel is close to all kinds of things. We were able to walk to Texas Roadhouse, Starbucks, and the bowling alley which has a cute little bar attached and lots of video games for kids. We were going to use the pool but it’s not heated so it was a little chilly for our liking. The breakfast was good and they had coffee prepared all day in the lobby. I would stay here again.
