We had a great stay. Customer service was great, the room was great and the rooftop bar was a nice way to end the night.

Room was very clean ,so was the hotel lobby and dinning are clean the breakfast was not free cost 11$ a person and the food wasnot good had biscuits that seem like they were a week old hard as rock crumbled to bits gravy was no good either do recommend having breakfast there stay was nice

paid premium rate for one of their "last rooms" , they put me in a handicapped room on 3rd floor
room felt like a holiday inn at best , very old dated , and water all over bathroom after showers etc
would like a refund or partial credit back
have stayed few times prior and rooms on upper floors are much nicer and should have received a sdiscount for gettting placed in Handicapped room

Should you wish to secure a room on higher floors, we recommend to book a High Floor King room to guarantee that room category. Extremely expensive. Breakfast and valet parking should be included in price. Complimentary drinks on game day when game is 4 is laughable.

room had an ADA accessible shower which made water go all over the floor. no shelves to put soap or shampoo on. Door latch to room did not close automatically...had to push it shut.

Great location. Staff at front desk were great. Valet marked my husband’s trunk seat with pen mark which made him unhappy. Hopefully we can get out without leaving a stain. Breakfast was ok. Nice candy bar after game

The property is absolutely beautiful. We arrived for a game day weekend and they had the lobby set up so festive! The staff was so friendly and the rooms so comfortable. Highly recommend!

The parking here was not ideal but free on the weekends. However, they contradict themselves by stating they are not affiliated with the parking garage yet the entire first floor is Hyatt Valet Parking
