Hotel room was ok. Could definitely tell pets had stayed in my room before. Breakfast service was terribly slow, just from my waiter. After an hour of waiting for my food and no water refill during that time, I decided to leave.

Staff was friendly. Room’s can be remodeled. Needs to be more modern to compete with new hotels nearby. Beds were uncomfortable. Not too much pressure when flushing toilet.

Mary Kay welcomed us to the hotel and was very efficient in checking us in and letting us know where to go. First time staying here as everywhere else was sold out. Will be back.

The room was extremely small and DIRTY. We’ve stayed here many years & it has steadily declined. The elevators are a pain to get up to the rooms. And most especially when they aren’t working, which is what happened when we were there. Had to be taken on the employee freight elevator to get up to the rooms. We will not be staying here ever again.
