The room was extremely small and DIRTY. We’ve stayed here many years & it has steadily declined. The elevators are a pain to get up to the rooms. And most especially when they aren’t working, which is what happened when we were there. Had to be taken on the employee freight elevator to get up to the rooms. We will not be staying here ever again.

Last trip before my shoulder surgery.
Our room was very comfortable. The bathroom shower mold and they don't know how to clean the toilet very well. Top rim is very bad.

Dirty sink in room to which I informed front desk about. They did nothing. Offered nothing. Just ‘noted’ it in comments about our room/stay.
At 2 am when turning in for the night, after a long day we discovered that the sink did not drain. Tried to find a fan to circulate the air and found the control screen unattached to the unit.
When we checked out and relayed all the issues with the room I was told clearly that all my unhappiness could have been avoided had I called the front desk and let them know. They would have sent someone. Really? Someone knew that sink was not draining the last time it was cleaned AND I did let the front desk know shortly after check in. There was no offer to clean it. The control panel for the air was removed by someone!!!! They should have reconnected it then. I could have called but at that hour I really didn’t want workmen in my room for work that should have bee ln addressed before I got there.
