Stay was very nice, till check out. Hotel billed me $27 after we checked out. Contacted Hotel , they dont know what i was billed for , they were going to look into it. But never heard back.

Generally speaking, this is a fine hotel for its purpose, and I generally like the decor, but in the bathroom, there is one of finest examples of corporate art, meant to encourage and support you. I have no idea what school of corporate design they went to...

Great Hotel and staff was very helpful and accommodating. The rooms were bigger than expected and equipped with work needs and kitchen.

预订了一套两居室套房，准备全家入住。第一天晚上，气温只有20度，两间卧室都没有暖气。卧室的灯开关把床边的壁灯和插座都关了，包括闹钟和手机充电用的USB接口。如果忘了关壁灯开关，房间里的另一盏壁灯就会一直亮着。非常不方便。我们要求换房，他们同意了，但我们住的房间门锁不上。他们没有其他空房。我们最终缩短了行程。他们最终同意退还第二晚的房费，没有任何问题。服务很好，早餐也不错。
我不会再住这里了。我要求安排相邻的房间，因为我们儿子住在单独的房间，打电话的时候他们确认会安排房间。我们入住的时候，他们只能给我们安排走廊尽头6个房间之外的房间。而且，我们住的3天里，客房服务人员都没有打扫过我们的房间。我打电话给前台，但没有人帮忙解决。服务太差了。
我经常出差，从来没有遇到过任何问题。我退房时忘了关电视插头，结果被扣了250美元的“损坏费”，还收到一张照片，照片里多根电线被拔掉，电子盒放在桌子上，还说是我干的，这完全是谎言，完全是捏造。经理安吉拉·富兰克林和地区经理科里都很被动，没有提供任何帮助。你还是住在其他地方更安全。在谷歌上搜索时，发现很多评论都提到了类似的情况！小心！入住风险自负。
客房服务人员从未打扫过我的房间，浴室的基本设施也从未更换过。大堂工作人员完全没有客户服务意识
