I had to issues with the hotel. First of all, the television kept turning off after 30 minutes. It looked like sleep mode was on, but there didn't seem to be any way to turn it off. Also, in order to use the WIFI, you had to create an account. The second day, I could connect to WIFI but there was no internet connection. The third day, I couldn't even connect to WIFI.

Beautiful, clean room with a large bathroom! I do wish it had a room-darkening curtain. Friendly staff! Surrounding area around hotel was quiet. Great breakfast!

I liked the cleanliness of the room and the whole property. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Customer services was great. Typical breakfast. Would recommend and would stay here again.

Room smelled bad, beds were uncomfortable and hair in bathroom. Sheets abd pillows did not smell clean. We had stayed here before 3 month prior and it was a great stay. Will not choose this hotel again

Hampton Inn in Urbandale offers great accommodatio
Clean room. Spacious. Beds were comfortable. Room decor made room homey. Breakfast was delicious. Easy check in and check out. Everyone was very kind. Good price for one night stay.

The gentleman who checked me in was the BEST! He truly went above and beyond and made a 10 hour of driving day worth it to walk through the door!

Although they were booked, I didn’t hear anyone else in the hotel. Our room was spacious and we had booked for 6 but only ended up bringing 5. Most hotels don’t have that option and you have to purchase 2 rooms. We usually stay at Airb&b’s but we weren’t going to do anything but sleep because our day was busy. We checked in at 11pm. Fast check in and had breakfast in the morning around 9.

I really enjoyed the clean modern look and feel of the room. I felt safe and comfortable.
Breakfast options were great.
The hallways had an unpleasant smell both days and the elliptical machine was super squeaky.

The bed wasn't comfortable and the pillows inside the pillow cases were obviously old (yellowed). Room was a bit noisy and a strange configuration. Just wasn't quite as good overall as I expected.
