Traveling and only stayed one night. Spacious room - clean and quiet. The only complaint was when we walked into the room, it wreaked of cigarette smoke. It was reported to the front desk, so we won’t be charged a fee. Other than that this is a place I would stay again.

We were on the first floor and our room was infested with ants. I have multiple bites on my body and itched all night, same with my daughter. We had to throw away most of our food that we had on the counter. We couldn’t even have drinks out without ants coming at them. I didn’t mention it to staff because there was also dead ants in the corners by the table and especially in the bathroom so it seems like they know. The rooms aren’t the cleanest. Spots on the sheets, toilet paper pieces on the sleeper sofa, and the floors/tables were sticky. The pool is small and freezing. Coffee wasn’t available in the lobby 24/7 as advertised and that’s a huge thing when I stay places. The coffee in the room doesn’t taste the same. The breakfast is ok but they need to offer fresh fruit besides apples. The staff was very nice and I would stay again if they could fix that ant issue.

Our room smelled “doggy” or like feet. We checked in very late and just needed to sleep so we were desperate. All of our other Hilton stays at other locations have been lovely. The shower grout had black stuff on it and it was a cramped space. It just felt dingy.

The staff was amazingly friendly, we had to leave a day early and they were wonderful about crediting us for the unused night, the rooms were perfect, breakfast was well stocked and staffed extremely well. Great stay!

For the amount we paid for one nights stay I was disappointed with the shabbiness of the hotel. The sheets were thin and worn out, bedding was old, decor outdated and breakfast not good. Overall I wouldn’t stay there again. The walls are also super thin..could hear my neighbors sneeze.

Microwave stopped working the second day. Was never addressed. Was not told at checking that the pool was closed. No extra blankets or sheets for the pullout couch. Frequently no one at front desk.
