I unfortunately was bitten by bed bugs. My issues is that the staff accused me first that it was a mosquito because I unable to produce a picture. Not at all how I would expect to be treated

Room had a very bad odor coming from carpet floor and a/c unit vents, called front desk about it asked for room service, just got new towels. I do not recommend this Hotel

Room was sub par. The thumping sounds when occupants walk. Breakfast was a disaster.
