The hotel itself was fine- clean, comfortable.
Check in staff made me feel like second rate citizen because we were booked through *******. No you can’t be on first floor not in your room plan; our room was adjacent to the elevator hub so we could hear it whenever it was used. No glassware except coffee cups - not good for a glass of wine. Basic towels two each

The hotel over all was great from cleanliness, staff, the room and even which lots of hotel had failed is the bathroom area. Hotel bathroom was very clean and amenities were great

Dirty water in the pool, mold in our shower. Staff was not ready to take care of the issues.

Kind of hard to get to, you drive through another parking lot to get there. Room is OK. Probably a little over priced.

The breakfast was wonderful! The breakfast area was very nice with plenty of seating. The 65 degree temperature was chilly though. The location was great! Nearby walking trail along Lake Superior and many restaurants nearby. The tour of the Whaleback ship was interesting!!

Clean room, comfortable bed, beautiful bathroom, delicious breakfast with strawberry waffles and lots of other options. Walked across the street to a beautiful walking trail along the harbor. Our stay was great!
