We booked this hotel specifically for the pool and larger suite for our family. The manager, Ashley, was fantastic and helped us modify our reservation — she was the highlight of our experience.
Unfortunately, the pool was closed for our entire stay, despite being told multiple times that it would reopen “tomorrow.”
The room had a very strong odor upon arrival, a broken blind that nearly fell on me, exposed wires, and overall cleanliness far below expectations. Multiple amenities, including towels, were unavailable, and only later was a sign posted about limited staffing for the holiday.
We ended up spending far more than planned to entertain our kids since the main amenity we booked for was unavailable. Great breakfast and kind staff, but the property itself needs maintenance, clearemmmmcommunication, and improved housekeeping.

The floor was lifting. Shower doors were dirty. And the pool was broken.
Other then that everything was great and the staff was very nice and helpful.

Did not get room I reserved. Was told they did not have any. No manager, so no help. Stayed a month before no issue. Bed was not good this time.

We had issues at check in but was resolved by Rob and Patricia. Staff were very nice and the breakfast was delicious. But the rooms are little outdated

Wonderful stay—safe, clean, quiet, updated, floofy towels, nice room darkening shade, well appointed. The area is nice and was super convenient for me. The mattress was a little firmer than I prefer…but that is super personal and if it were perfect for me others would say it’s too soft. My only actual complaint is that I hate how most hotels have short toilets…it’s hard on those of us with long legs and/or bad knees! However, if I come back this way, I’d definitely stay here again.

I honestly don’t know how this place wasn’t rated 10/10. I got a one bedroom suite and it was immaculate when I walked in. I felt like I wS walking into a brand new apartment for the night. I’ll be planning a trip back very soon.

The room was very spacious, comfortable, and clean. Staff were pleasant and responsive. The eco-friendly features are great and important. Thank you Home2 Suites Pittsburg Area Beaver Valley team!

The kitchenette was my favorite option! We had an infant, so we needed to wash bottles every day.
