It is a beautiful hotel. But it’s in the middle of nowhere. The staff is absolutely wonderful and can’t do enough for you. The facilities are beautiful. But there is absolutely nothing around the hotel. There is a mole across the way, but it looks a little sketchy.

was a bit to warm in room and thrmo. was set to 68,,, felt more like 70's , next time i just bring a small fan i guess, The breakfest staff was spot on, made the stay !!

雪城为数不多的酒店，也是这次美东之旅预订的最贵的，比纽约华盛顿都贵一些，但是房间也大，定的是套房。酒店最大的亮点是床品舒服，蚕丝被，睡的很好，早餐和晚餐的点餐都不错
我为客人预订了，他们很满意。
餐厅工作人员和酒吧服务员都很友好，服务周到。
清洁人员连续两天没有打扫房间、整理床铺和更换毛巾。
两次都向前台反映过这个问题。直到第二天我坚持要和清洁主管沟通，前台才整理了床铺并更换了毛巾。
我非常失望，完全无法接受。
我们已经一年多没去过那里了，现在再也不会回去了。我姐姐经常住这家酒店，但有了这次经历，我们以后也不会再住了。首先，现在停车要收费了！！！其次，他们的调酒师一直没来，所以两杯免费饮料也没送来。开一瓶啤酒有多难？第三，退房那天，我们早上9点20分就出门了，准备下楼吃早餐，等我们回到房间时，清洁工已经来打扫了床单！！！退房时间是上午11点。我们的经历太糟糕了。我们再也不会住这家酒店了。
我们在这家酒店住过很多次了。前台服务态度很差。他还收了停车费。这是第一次。我们会考虑其他选择。
