After a long journey, we arrived at the hotel at 1:00 AM, only to find no staff present at the reception. We had to wait and repeatedly call for assistance. Upon checking in, we were extremely disappointed with the room’s condition, as it was unclean and infested with lizards and ants. When we attempted to report the issue at the reception, there was no staff available to assist us, and our calls went unanswered. Ultimately, we were left with no choice but to check out late at night with nowhere else to go. This experience was highly unprofessional, and I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.

The back of the property is full of rats. The room itself is VERY tired and needs refurbishing, curtains fall down everytime thier pulled. AC doesn't cool, TV wires and and control box just hanging loose. We asked if we could move room which was agreed, so we moved only to be told the room was now booked. We decided to leave rather than stay in the same room for another night. Plus side there is a pool.
