We stayed for a wedding- just a quick one night stay. Upon arrival, we found out a city marathon would close all the roads around the hotel from 6:30 until 11 the morning we needed to leave, meaning we needed to get up extra early to get on the road. Needless to say, we were not pleased by this information. The management graciously discounted our room rate, for a problem not at all under their control. Double thumbs up for the accommodation made by the management.

The breakfast was good, and Zarah at the front desk was wonderful. It was noisy, though, and the mattresses needed to be replaced.

Great location to visit Ark Encounter and Creation Museum. Rosa at the front desk gave us a very warm welcome upon arrival and helped us get things setup smoothly. Clean comfortable room. Good quality breakfast.

This is the only place that we stay when we are frequently in the area. This trip was a little different, my daughter left her favorite stuffed animal that she’s had since she was two years old; she is now 11. I was able to call, they found the stuffed animal and my sister who is local was able to easily pick it up. We have never had anything other than absolute amazing customer service every time we have stayed. This will be the only place we continue to stay on as we frequently take trips up for any Bengals home games.

We decided to go to the zoo and stay over for Fall Break. We were warmly greeted by Rosa. Beautiful hotel. Good breakfast, comfortable beds, nice pool. We will be back!
