Breakfast offerings very limited. Door to room didn't work properly. Staff was not at desk and had to be called out. Room was clean and satisfactory, although HVAC unit was noisy.

The room was very welcoming and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and accommodating, and the breakfast was just perfect with a variety of foods to choose from. We stay here every year for our Clemson trip and look forward to coming back next year!

They didn't refresh the breakfast often enough, it just didn't seem appetizing. The air conditioner in our room made a racket.

For the price, wasn’t expecting it to be as nice as it was. Everyone was friendly and our room was large and comfortable and quiet and clean!
这次入住体验非常令人失望。房间需要彻底翻新。沙发床的床垫被翻了个面，弹簧面朝下，试图掩盖软面床垫上的血迹和污渍。泳池边有粪便，我告诉前台后，他们只是说“我们会通知相关人员”。结果30分钟过去了，杳无音信……他们本应该立即处理，并关闭泳池区域。
这到底是什么鬼东西？
房间还算可以。第一个问题是沙发床，我们把它拉出来的时候，上面有尿渍和食物污渍。它很脏，而且肯定从来没换过。第二个问题是，我发现一条脏毛巾和一条干净的毛巾叠在一起。淋浴区和水槽上方都有一层肥皂垢，好像从来没打扫过。最糟糕的是，半夜1点半，我打开灯，发现身上被咬的地方奇痒无比，才意识到自己被臭虫咬了。我有视频为证。我当晚就立刻退房了。真是太恶心了！酒店员工似乎并不惊讶。我觉得他们知道有臭虫，只是给我换了个房间而已。
在我们入住的两晚期间，走廊里一直放着剩菜剩饭。蟑螂在走廊里和食物残渣上乱窜。我们向工作人员要了一个额外的枕头，他们却让我们用床上的枕头（我们住的是带沙发床和两张大床的皇后套房，房间里总共只有6个枕头，而我们住的是2个大人3个小孩）。我们告诉他们床单又粗糙又脏，他们只是说了声抱歉。我们从除夕夜一直住到元旦，结果新年当天他们不提供早餐，理由是“员工表现出色，所以让他们休息一天”。我能理解休息一天，但是没有吃的。总而言之，这次入住体验很糟糕。
