Location was convenient for our needs. We did not have breakfast so cannot say how that was. Towel racks in the bathroom would be a good addition. Hot water was not very hot and low water pressure in the sink which was odd because shower was fine. Bed was good.

Signage directing to room incorrect. This senior couple walked to the end of the hall only to discover incorrect signage. Photos on ******* indicated this type room had a walk-in shower. It did not. While we don’t need an accessible room, it helps to have a walk-in shower. The ice maker on this floor was broken which required this senior to go to the lobby to get ice.

It was terrible. Plugs didn't work lftover food in sfa bed roachbugs.blood on matress cover. And some kind of melted wax on the towels.

We were only there over night, but it was clean and spacious to help break up our 12 hour drive.

Some of the staff were nice, the lobby looks good but the room was very dirty. The bathroom was stained and dirty, the room carpet wasn't even vacuumed. There were trash, cigarettes buds and food behind the couch and the bed sheets and cover were dirty with makeup, dirt and some stains that looked like feces.

房间还算可以。第一个问题是沙发床，我们把它拉出来的时候，上面有尿渍和食物污渍。它很脏，而且肯定从来没换过。第二个问题是，我发现一条脏毛巾和一条干净的毛巾叠在一起。淋浴区和水槽上方都有一层肥皂垢，好像从来没打扫过。最糟糕的是，半夜1点半，我打开灯，发现身上被咬的地方奇痒无比，才意识到自己被臭虫咬了。我有视频为证。我当晚就立刻退房了。真是太恶心了！酒店员工似乎并不惊讶。我觉得他们知道有臭虫，只是给我换了个房间而已。
在我们入住的两晚期间，走廊里一直放着剩菜剩饭。蟑螂在走廊里和食物残渣上乱窜。我们向工作人员要了一个额外的枕头，他们却让我们用床上的枕头（我们住的是带沙发床和两张大床的皇后套房，房间里总共只有6个枕头，而我们住的是2个大人3个小孩）。我们告诉他们床单又粗糙又脏，他们只是说了声抱歉。我们从除夕夜一直住到元旦，结果新年当天他们不提供早餐，理由是“员工表现出色，所以让他们休息一天”。我能理解休息一天，但是没有吃的。总而言之，这次入住体验很糟糕。
