1) This location was priced higher than the brand new location in Little Rock. That was strange to me. 2) The parking situation is not ideal at all with regard to where the front entrance is. 3) The night staff - Kevin - was great but morning staff not as pleasant. 4) Breakfast didn't seem fresh and orange juice was just water. 4)My room had an odor of mildew and the tv was so small and far away from the bed that I could barely see or hear it.

Room was clean, but I had to change rooms because the usb port did not work. Every staff member I spoke with was awesome!

Great room, so-so breakfast
The food on the breakfast bar was a little bland. The addition of gravy would be helpful. Also, a toaster that actually toasts a bagel would be great.

Refused to return my money for a room I couldn’t stay in because of error made on my end when booking through ******* I stupidly used my location but apparently the site can’t handle that and booked me this hotel in Conway Arkansas instead of Conway sc where I am. This hotel was uncooperative and unhelpful I had to pay double at the same hotel in my location. No compassion for exhausted people who make mistakes won’t book again. They steal money as I’m sure this mistake has happened to others when your sleep deprived and traveling

We spent the night while traveling through Conway. All employees we interacted with were very cordial and responsive to us. The hotel was clean, conveniently located and had all amenities that we needed

Very clean, room was very big, staff were kind and very helpful, breakfast was great with lots of choices. Nice there were washers and dryers so we could wash team jerseys.
