No signage at desk, walked right by it.
Need to use key card in elevator and to exit garage not explained. A line exiting as we all figured it out. I had to use the card of another patron as I had turned mine in.

I don’t know why the Embassy Suites Boulder is rated as high as it is. It’s no better than the other similar type of hotels right around it. In fact, probably worse in terms of its condition. The AC was incredibly loud, it’s not possible to turn the fan down to low. TV didn’t work. The water pressure is pathetic. They call it a “suite” but they are no bigger than standard hotel rooms. Yes, having omelets made to order is nice but is that worth paying $40 more per night? Staff was nice and helpful though, which I appreciate.

Everything was great other than one tv in the room did not work. Also, the sofa bed was pretty awful to sleep on, but that is typical and was expected.

早餐很棒——选择丰富，煎蛋卷摊位全家都很喜欢。酒店非常干净，员工也很友好。欢乐时光也是一大亮点。我们使用了泳池和健身房——都很棒。如果我们再来博尔德，一定会再次入住这里。唯一的缺点是每天要付24美元的停车费。
太喜欢这家酒店了！位置优越，干净整洁，早餐美味。我们住的那周，牛油果吐司特别好吃——太棒了！
唯一的小缺点是泳池区上方那块布满灰尘的旧招牌，视野很差，而且我儿子睡的折叠床在套房的那个区域，根本没地方走动。
我们被安排的第一个房间简直无法接受，我不得不回到前台，要求换一个。淋浴间的门槛和排水口周围都有霉菌。浴室的地板似乎在我入住前没有清扫/清洁过。空调电机的声音像甩干机一样，非常吵，需要维修。整个房间弥漫着一股“霉味”。第二个房间比较干净，但淋浴间需要深度清洁，底座周围的填缝料因为霉菌而变色，你可以去215房间看看。微波炉上还有一个脏兮兮的餐盘，里面装着食物，清洁人员在打扫房间时没注意到。地砖的填缝处也同样有霉菌。
我们的房间里有一个脏兮兮的灯罩，床单上有一个很大的污渍:/
