The bathroom was dirty, less than half a roll of toilet paper at check-in, and found small pieces of trash in the room.
I would have rated the staff higher except for the person working the breakfast bar had a " I dont want to be here attitude" everyone else was really great.

Everyone and everything was great. Only issue was the snack area. Was very minimal. Maybe they just have not restocked. I feel that should always be fully stocked for guests.

Comfort says it all.
Fine location, free parking, easy access and nice breakfast options. Room was roomy and comfortable. Climate control was very easy to set and worked well.

It was very clean and everyone was great. Only issues i had was card wouldnt open pool, and i set my towels out in the hall and they never rrplaced them. Other than that great place. Would definitely stay here again.
我们从1月31日周五入住，到2月3日周一退房。房间旁边是条马路，停车场停满了施工卡车。周六早上5点45分，卡车启动时的声音非常大。我们入住时曾声明自己是浅眠者，不想住在电梯旁边，结果在酒店看来，挨着马路和卡车倒成了没问题的位置，真是无语。
房间里咖啡机旁放着一个吃了一半的容器。浴室水槽的塞子关不上也打不开，最后不得不让前台的人带着腻子刀和螺丝刀上来才解决。周五的时候房间里还有面巾纸，之后就再也没补充过，尽管我把空盒子留在台面上示意它已经用完了。
房间里的遥控器不能数字操作。我只能手动换台，无法通过输入数字来选择频道，尽管他们尝试了两个遥控器也无济于事。
前台工作人员态度客气，但清洁人员只是敷衍了事，根本不确保每个房间都 properly 备齐物品。
这将是我再也不会入住的地方。尽管它位于一个非常便利的商业区，周围有很多餐馆和商店。

一切都很棒。接待员特别友好，她始终非常和蔼可亲。唯一需要改进的是，一进房间就闻到一股难闻的气味。

隔壁房间的客人打呼噜声音太大，整晚都能听到。
他们没有给我们换房间。
