Hotel staff tapes a letter on the door asking you to call if you wanted your room cleaned on Thanksgiving day. I called the front desk and stated I would like the room to be cleaned on that day. Returned Thanksgiving night to find that nobody had cleaned the room. Poor communication between the night and day staff.

Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable in size, which we appreciated. However, the beds were quite uncomfortable—several family members ended up switching beds and even trying the pull-out sofa in hopes of getting a better night’s rest. Unfortunately, on our last night, we were unable to sleep due to other guests loudly partying. They woke us up multiple times, which was especially difficult since we had to get up at 4 a.m. for our flight. Additionally, the TV in the bedroom had frequent connection issues and wouldn’t stay linked to streaming services.

Was greeted by a very nice lady upon arrival, got all checked in! The pool is nice, the room is nice. Unlike other hotels I haven’t heard other guest! Very nice, I would stay here again.
