Staff were friendly. We enjoyed the pool. It was a safe and convenient location with lots of restaurants and other things nearby.

I will never stay here again. The man working the front desk was EXTREMELY rude to the point I thought he would get violent. This was a horrible experience.

Paper towel was reattached poorly in the kitchen. Faucet is loose in the bathroom, mattress wasn’t comfortable.

More fresh fruit options at breakfast. A kitchen hand towel would have been convenient.i liked that the hotel asked if we were enjoying our stay and asked if we needed anything. Staff was helpful and courteous.

Staff was rude. Didn’t explain breakfast or hours, checkout procedure or hours, WiFi password didn’t work, couldn’t bother to turn the heater on and rudely stopped checking me in to help people in line behind me.

The hotel rooms are a bit outdated. I did have to wipe down our bathroom door because there was something dirty on it.

Tay was working when we arrived. She was very kind and attentive. We checked in which was very quick. When we came back to the hotel we needed an extra blanket. Tay immediately went and got the blanket herself.
