Room was clean but bed and pillows was uncomfortable. Breakfast was great. It was like home cook.

Public areas are well kept, clean and reasonably new, however, bedrooms are in need of renovation. Very old, worn furniture. Our usb or lamps did not work. There was supposed to be a bar which wasn’t open - when I asked why I was told they were understaffed and therefore no one to serve! Pretty poor really. Cold coffee in lobby area and although pool was open there was various amounts of bugs swimming around, which wasn’t very nice.
Breakfast was ok.
Staff do not seem happy in their work especially at reception!

The staff and service were very exceptional, but I believe the furniture is outdated. There was only one plug for electronics on one side of the bed. The bed was very hard, and had a light duvet.

Nice pool for kids. Comfortable room. Goos breakfast. Nice and friendly staff.

The freaking air conditioner was broken the first night we got there had to change hotels for the second night we woke up with it being like 80 degrees in the room in the morning

I don’t know who is giving this hotel so many good reviews but don’t believe them… absolutely disgusting rooms. First room they gave I scanned and walked in and their where people in there. The second room I was given had filthy sheets an awful residue on the counters, TV had 0 channels and there was I fact NO internet. If the room says river view… it is not don’t pay the extra money for it!

这是我两次入住贝斯特韦斯特酒店以来第****次遇到这种情况了。我们以后再也不会入住贝斯特韦斯特酒店了。

酒店的欢迎非常冷淡。我们打招呼时遇到的员工甚至都没有回应（除了一位友好的员工和一位收银员）。我们整个入住期间都感觉不受欢迎（顺便说一句，这种感觉在密西西比州很常见）。此外，房间非常非常老旧，扶手椅上满是污渍，看起来像是好几年前的。墙高140厘米，枕头也非常不舒服。Wi-Fi信号也不好。洗衣房也别指望了，它不太好用（位于员工专用区……）。自来水很奇怪：用完后手会出汗。早餐真的不怎么样。你甚至连餐具都要开口要！！！不过，还是有两点优点：泳池很宜人，酒店的景色也不错。我们预订了两晚。我犹豫着要不要离开，毕竟这意味着还要额外支付另一家酒店的费用，因为这一切让我们非常沮丧。他们不是每天都打扫房间（你到的时候一定要记得问）。我们在美国住过的200家酒店中，这家酒店排在最后3家。体验非常糟糕。这种情况在美国很少见。这家酒店应该避免，而且根本不值3.5星的评价。隔壁的假日酒店和汉普顿酒店看起来要好得多（至少从外观来看）。
