We learned the thermostat won’t go above 70 if it’s cold. Ours was stuck at 69 degrees. All they could do was bring us more blankets. Based on that I’ll never stay here again. Waste of a credit card reward.

My Wife and I spent two nights here for our 1 year wedding anniversary trip. It was a great stay. Good HVAC, comfortable beds, good entertainment, great complementary breakfast. Good bang for your buck, would highly recommend. The location is great as well, right at Dollywood and in the middle of Pigeon Forge, but off the main road enough to stay quaint. Gatlinburg is less than 20 minutes away which is also great. Would recommend.

When we booked the hotel, i noticed it was being renovated from January to June of 2025. The only area effected was that the fitness center was closed. When we arrived the back porch was also closed. Unfortunately when i said something to the front desk, the attitude i got was basically deal with it. I called hilton honor customer center (i'm a hilton honors member). They also agreed with me that it was not noted anywhere on hotel site, that porch would be closed. there are notices taped in elevators about renovations, but nothing about the porch. If anyone looks at the pictures for this hotel, i think you agree that this would be a perk for the hotel. Spending over $1200. for stay seems like they could care less. Please don't use this place if your expecting to use the amenities Don't have to worry about us coming back to this place. Harry

We stayed here for one night and overall had a pleasant stay. The location is very convenient, but set back from the main parkway. The hotel is well maintained and recently renovated. I appreciated that the exterior aesthetic matches with the mountain environment, however, it would have been nice if they had kept that look consistent throughout the interior of the hotel, instead of going with the generic Hampton Inn look. Check-in was a little slow as there was only one person working at the front desk. I did appreciate, however, that they acknowledged me for being a Hilton Honors members and were able top accommodate my request for a ground floor room. The room itself was very nice and extremely clean. The mini fridge is an important amenity for us, and I liked that this one had a small freezer compartment. The bathroom was spacious and the water pressure in the shower was great. I did find it odd, however, that there was no shower gel (only shampoo and conditioner) that is an amenity I have come to expect at Hampton Inn. The beds were very comfortable and we never heard any noise from the neighboring rooms. There is a nice outdoor sitting area with a fireplace that we enjoyed since it was a chilly evening. It was too cold that night to use the pool, but it looked like a nice area. The included buffet breakfast could definitely be improved. The coffee was good, however, there were no regular tea bags available (only herbal teas). The hot dishes served were pretty bland and flavorless. The eggs were almost inedible and the gravy for the biscuits had a raw flour taste. I would have just toasted a bagel, but there was a line for the toaster, as well as for the waffle maker.

Staff was pleasant to talk to, room was very clean, bed was comfortable and breakfast was great, stayed here before and we’ll stay here again next visit to Pigeon Forge! No issues!

Staff was great. Very good breakfasts. When we git there we mentioned that our family was coming in and they immediately changed our room to one on the same floor which worked out wonderfully.
