Exceptional Stay at Ramada Dehradun – Kudos to the Front Office Team!I recently stayed at Hotel Ramada Dehradun and it was a truly outstanding experience from check-in to check-out. The hotel's modern amenities, spotless rooms, and delicious breakfast spread made everything perfect, but what truly elevated my stay was the incredible front office staff: Avantika, Ishu, Khushbu, and Shivani.Avantika greeted me with a warm smile and handled my early check-in seamlessly, making me feel right at home. Ishu was super efficient with my room upgrade request and shared great local tips for exploring Dehradun. Khushbu went above and beyond to resolve a minor booking glitch instantly, turning a potential hassle into a smooth experience. Shivani's cheerful assistance during checkout and her personalized recommendations for nearby eateries were the cherry on top.Their professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality made all the difference – it's rare to find such a dedicated team! Highly recommend Ramada Dehradun for anyone visiting the hills. 5 stars all the way!
