Very clean, friendly staff. We only stayed one night (concert at Macon Amphitheater) and didn’t use the pool due to limited time, but the room was very clean and the bed was comfy. Made it down in time for breakfast, which had do-it-yourself waffles, cereal, hot items and fresh fruit… only issue was the orange juice came out almost like water but the apple juice was fine.
总的来说，我在酒店住得很愉快。酒店的清洁度值得称赞，房间也很清新。淋浴水压很棒，洗得很舒服。我觉得住宿条件很舒适，本来我可以多住几天。不过，一个小缺点是地毯上感觉有一层黏糊糊的东西，所以建议穿拖鞋或袜子。
我女儿睡在沙发床上。第二天早上醒来，她身上布满了又大又红的蚊虫叮咬痕迹。幸好我们只住一晚，所以没带全部行李。我们把身上穿的衣服都装进垃圾袋，拿到洗衣店去洗了。真是太失望了。我们以后再也不会住Home 2 Suites了。
入住办理非常快捷，前台工作人员热情周到，专业素质极高。
酒店大堂、电梯和走廊都非常干净。房间的清洁程度也让我惊喜不已。
房间里一尘不染，浴室里也找不到一丝毛发。
客房服务做得非常出色。
下次我们再来这个地区时，一定会再次入住这家酒店。

给我们办理入住的女士几乎没搭理我们。她递给我钥匙，说了几句话，我都听不清。我不得不让她重复了两遍，而且也没问任何问题，因为她显然不想回答。浴室外墙装饰条上到处都是霉菌。房间不错，离州际公路很近，对我们这种长途驾驶来说很方便。
广告宣传的设施与实际情况不符。根本没有像广告里说的那样提供免费的每日接待服务。而这正是我预订这家酒店的主要原因。
糟糕透了。真是糟糕透顶的体验。我要退款。太可怕了。
没有热水。早班员工态度恶劣。
