The room was clean and spacious for my wheelchair. The front desk staff was very courteous and accommodating. We will definitely stay there again

It was okay, I did really like the waffles! Our room was very clean and so was the first floor. The second floor where we stayed had a strange smell when you came off the elevator. It smelled like mildew or old rancid water. It was nice downstairs but very dated upstairs.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The cleaning aspect could be improved. we had dirty/stained bedding, blanket, and pillows. Also repairs to the hotel are needed.

Will stay here again next week!
Very pleasant experience. Front desk was pleasant. Manager was helpful when bathroom sink wasn’t draining and it was fixed by the time we returned to the room after the Aggie game. Rooms are larger than average and free breakfast buffet more substantial than most, cleaner and friendly host.

While reasonable for the price, the staff were significantly undertrained, leading to an inconvenient check-in process and annoyance with the housekeeping. There was also some minor damage to the room when I arrived (damaged door and window pull). The room itself was reasonably clean and the facilities were sufficient for my needs and functional, so the overall experience was reasonable for the cost.
