Got to town early due to weather concerns and I was able to check in early. The room was a comfortable size and the bathroom was updated nicely. Breakfast was convenient (fresh fruit would be nice). Enjoyed using the pool and hot tub (hot tub was at the perfect temperature!)

Upon checking into our room, we found 2 different kinds of bugs crawling in the bathroom - on the wall and on the toilet.
We went to the front desk and asked for a different room. The attendant gave us a new room which happened to have a bunch of lady bugs crawling on it. The whole thing was very weird, we would not stay here again.
The pool needs to be cleaned badly. Very murky and also freezing cold.

I am sorry to hear that you had to deal with bugs in each room which is not a usual occurrence at hour hotel. Our pool is heated but during cold seasons it does have troubles staying heated in some instances so I apologize again that this was one of them.We hope you give us another chance in the future.

The room was clean and comfortable but noisy from the floor above and people in the hall.
My two interactions with hotel staff were both bad. When checking in i had to stand at the reception desk for several minutes while the clerk worked on some paperwork without even acknowledging i was there. I had to check out a day early to avoid a snowstorm and the assistant manager was unwilling to budge on "their policy of needing 24 hour notice for any early departure ".

The room was spacious for my family. The room was clean and the beds were so comfortable. I've stayed in a lot of hotels, and these beds and pillows were perfect for a good nights rest. The area of the hotel was clean and easy access. We enjoyed the breakfast and the pool!

We had a good stay. The room was very clean and I appreciated being placed on the first floor with my pet. Breakfast was very good and had a lot of variety.
