Right from the moment I arrived for check-in, the warm and genuine welcome by Kelly and Chandan at the front desk immediately made me feel valued as a guest. Their friendliness, efficiency, and professionalism set the tone for what turned out to be an exceptional stay. The hospitality at the restaurant was equally impressive. Abhishek, Praveen, Shaboh, and Phiba went above and beyond to make every meal comfortable and enjoyable. Their attentiveness, warm interactions, and genuine care for guests really stood out and made the dining experience even more special. I would also like to appreciate a wonderful lady who seemed to be the manager, whose behaviour and professionalism were truly exceptional. She personally looked after every small detail and ensured that guests were comfortable at all times. Her presence and attentiveness reflected the high standards of hospitality the hotel maintains. The stay ended on a truly sweet note during checkout. The restaurant team, ***** with Sasha from the front desk, surprised us with a small cake as a goodbye gesture. It was such a thoughtful and personal touch that perfectly reflected the warmth and hospitality of the entire team. It’s rare to experience such consistent service and genuine hospitality across every department. A big thank you to the entire team at Courtyard by Marriott Shillong for making the stay so special. I’m already looking forward to coming back again.

这酒店不值100美元一晚。房间很小，设施也很简陋。它收你五星级的价格，却只提供两星级的服务。我甚至得自己把行李搬到房间。而且提供的洗浴用品也不是什么好牌子。
员工很棒，服务周到。早餐非常好吃。希望能再次入住。
