Perfect for a UT game or visit to campus. Very close. We were there visiting family. Parking is difficult. Breakfast is ok but was understaffed and out of items (on a weekend). Small lobby. Room was ok. Fitted sheet kept coming off bed. Bring your own pillow.

The street noise was so loud we couldn’t sleep at all and the heat/air unit was very loud as well!

Clean room. The breakfast was fine. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My smoke alarm started beeping, and someone came up to replace the battery shortly after the front desk was notified.

Excellent hotel. Room was huge, updated and clean. Staff was accommodating and kind. Breakfast was great with many options. Room was on busy street with lots of traffic noise. Use the earplugs that are given to you.

在大学橄榄球赛的周末，酒店前一晚就已经客满，但酒店员工还是非常出色地让我在中午之前入住了。房间干净舒适，睡得很好！早餐不错，所有员工都很乐于助人。
工作人员非常棒，我很喜欢房间。如果把车停在二楼停车场，可以直接进入酒店，这真是太方便了。唯一的问题是深夜交通有点吵。不过我还是会再选择入住的。
