Pathetic to have to pay for parking a motorcycle. And pay for breakfast. On top of an expensive room.
Will not be returning.

The hotel has been renovated and is just lovely. The room was very quiet and spacious. My only recommendation is that they put a towel hook in the bathroom.

Great location , front office and restaurant staff very friendly , room had leftover peanut shells on the floor, requested room service and no one ever showed to clean the room,

Checked into room and went to take a shower. No hot water. Was told boiler broke and they “didn’t know which rooms it impacted”. Did not offer to move us. Not offered anything by way of compensation because we reserved through a third party.
Clear communication upon check in would have gone a long way. There were 3 people at the desk for check in. With something as significant as no hot water, staff could have been checking rooms and blocking off any without. Or at least let guests know immediately so they can check and determine if they prefer a different room.

房间很宽敞,但住起来不太舒服,而且感觉一切都有点脏。客厅的地毯显然很旧,而且已经打结了。我可不想让我的孩子躺在上面。沙发也很旧很脏,非常不舒服。淋浴间的地板上有“污渍”般的污垢痕迹。看来用清洁剂好好擦一下就能解决。我们把咖啡洒在地板上了,擦干净后才去擦地板,结果发现毛巾上沾满了黑色的污垢。真是让我恶心。酒店不含早餐,预订时我们就知道了,但楼下甚至连咖啡都没有。如果我想喝咖啡,他们告诉我每杯要2美元。我再也不会住这里了。我对希尔顿酒店的期望更高。
前台工作人员令人极其失望——既不乐于助人,又傲慢无礼,而且非常粗鲁。我们要求加毛巾和浴巾时,却遭到了讽刺性的评价,说他们是洁癖患者,不肯收我们脏毛巾。他们还收取了超过100美元的保留费,却没有任何解释,而且这个问题至今仍未解决。
