Staff ware great, the bedroom could have done with a bit more room as there was a double and single bed no bedside tables the shower was pretty poor as it flooded every time we used it in to the bedroom. The pool was very cold. Fantasy locations.So clean.

Super expérience at this hotel! The room is clean the staff welcoming and helpful and the pool lovely! We stayed there for only 2 nights but we will definitely come back. On arrival the receptionist were so nice and explained everything in details to us even the fact we could add on breakfast to our stay and the opportunity to use towels for the subbed from them which was an amazing touch!!! The only down point was that the building next to the hotel was under renovation and had some noice during the day but it’s not the hotel’s fault so we fully understand that’s okay. We didn’t take the breakfast with the reservation but we ate lunch by the pool, small menu, but the food so nice. The hotel is small so a benefit was that we had the whole swimming pool are to ourselves one day which was amazing and the staff were so nice towards us, it would be better if someone was constantly at the bar or came up to us to ask if we wanted something but that’s miner details. Other than that we recommend this hotel 100% for anyone to visit and hope we get to go there again soon. Thank you for an amazing few days, Tiago and Despina

Great hotel! Not so many guests so feels rather private. Lovely pool and nice breakfast. Rooms are well equipped (with everything you need) and nice big balcony. All staff were friendly and helpful. I left an air pod at the property and they had already found it when I called. Would stay again. Both old town and promenade were a fair walk away, so better have a hire car.

Brand-new hotel with parking on site, spacious rooms, breakfast area near the swimming pool, kind efficient staff. Take the room with a balcony facing the sea. The building is not seafront, but it is at a short walking distance from the promenade, where you can find free and serviced beaches, and plenty of bars and restaurants.

我们提前11个月预订了这家酒店，价格非常优惠。后来看到一些令人担忧的评论，说有人在短时间内被取消预订，然后酒店又以高得离谱的价格重新出租房间。我们遇到的情况就是这样！我们直接打电话给经理，他态度恶劣，质问我们怎么会认为他们能以我们支付的价格出租房间。我说那是他们当时的广告价格，而且我们提前将近一年就预订了！当时距离我们出发只有一周的时间。幸运的是，我们还能找到其他价格合理的酒店，否则我们肯定要花一大笔钱。我们是退休人员，所以尽量控制开支，这也是我们提前预订的原因！请大家注意，这种情况可能发生在任何人身上。我觉得他们竟然能逍遥法外，真是令人震惊。除非你准备好支付每晚130英镑甚至更高的价格，否则千万不要预订这家酒店！

我很幸运，我心目中的酒店已经订满了，作为权宜之计，我根据“猫途鹰”上的评论选择了这家酒店，周日在“预订”上预订了周一，因为酒店网站上他没有给出任何信息答案（唯一的负面注释）。绝佳选择：距港口长廊入口、夜生活中心和海滩仅数百米；全新的，非常干净，房间里提供水和酒，配备迷你吧，空调（十月份在塞浦路斯也需要），平面电视（我无法使用），浴室有很棒的淋浴，但不幸的是没有坐浴盆。室外游泳池和休闲区很小；我没有享用早餐，无论如何，早餐的目的是为了满足英国顾客的需求，对于我们习惯了咖啡和羊角面包的人来说，这是不经济的，而且远离我们的习惯（鸡蛋、培根等）。阿图罗的礼貌和可用性为我增添了价值，他还在网上为我办理了返程航班的登机手续，用手势理解了我们的意思，因为每个人都只说英语。
