Stay started great. Owner was friendly. Room was comfortable. Breakfast was good. Door hanging off the hinges but no big deal. Then things went strange and uncomfortable. We rented two scooters for 150 each (expensive) and one was so bad we couldn't use it. Then, without any communication, the owner asked for the keys at 10:30 pm (we thought we had till the morning). Then, he left me to negotiate with a man who spoke no English. That man kept saying the owner's name, but he was nowhere to be found. In the morning, I wanted to discuss this with the owner, but he quickly left and had his staff lock the wheel of the bike (I wouldn't use it without discussion). He wouldn't answer Whatsapp messages and I think he even blocked me. It was all unprofessional, strange, and uncomfortable. I couldn't sleep well that night because I was upset and confused. Our stay went from being great, to being quite bad, and we still don't really understand why. I suggest not to use any extra services if you stay here. Oh, also the noise is really loud in the room.
