They keep all the room ACs OFF until you get there to turn it on to save money and it's was extremely hot and uncomfortable. Definitely will never stay at any of their properties ever again.zero stars

Spider webs & No housekeeping
Big spider webs greated us when entering the room. We could never get the Bathroom door closed even if we slammed the doors hard. Even after asking the front desk for housekeeping to fix our sheets and clean the room they never showed up.

The customer service was very good. Dawn was very friendly and helpful. The location is 10 mins away from Macon Coliseum. There was an issue with pest. There were some roaches in the room.

We had a hard time sleeping because the room was so warm. When we entered the room it was quite hot and the AC did not cool down until about 4 am.
