Had some great beers and fantastic lunch yesterday which enhanced our 10 mile walk. Would recommend this pub

This hotel exceeded our high expectations. From the minute we arrived with the vegan milk - no other hotels have this - we could make tea after long tiring journey before dinner. (non plastic kettle another bonus). Lovely, big room and the meal we had was delicious - the atmosphere in the pub welcoming - how lucky Sherington residents are to have this! The breakfast was amazing - one of the best we have ever had if not the best - soya milk for us vegans and the owners are the kindest, most thoughtful people you could ever meet. We loved this place so if you are thinking of booking you should - you will not regret it.

Stayed for one night, Saturday to Sunday. Lovely, genuine locals English pub. Very busy when we arrived but staff were patient and helpful. Room was ground floor in the purpose built building opposite and had all needed for a short stay. We ate in the evening and both meals were excellent.Unfortunately, the guests in the room above were inconsiderate and our sleep was interrupted and curtailed. However, breakfast was superb and put a smile back on our faces. Good value for food, good ale and accomodation.

We had a nice stay, make sure you book a table as the food is excellent! A really good breakfast too!

Fabulous place. Friendly staff great food a real proper traditional local pub. Stayed here as it’s local to Bletchley Park. Which is a fantastic day out! The food was amazing. A huge full English breakfast which kept us full all Day!! Real home from home. Highly recommend. You will not be disappointed.

This is a very friendly pub with decent food and rooms. The rooms are a little basic but that is reflected in the price. There is a good menu in the restaurant in the evening and we had an enjoyable family meal. Food was good quality and wine was not excessively priced. Breakfast could be slow and on one morning it was a little shambolic, with tables being served in the wrong order and orders missed. The full English breakfast was however good with the local sausages and scrambled egg both very good. Staff were unfailingly friendly and helpful. Parking a bit limited - so get there early!

We held a wake at the restaurant/pub. The food overall tasted fine but I found it very very expensive for what you get. The photo is the dessert offer for the wake. I think brownies; strawberries; blueberries; mini doughnuts. This was for 25 people, it cost £100.
