Check in and staff were accommodating and helpful. The location was convenient. The property it self and room could be better.
The room had a musty smell. The ac unit had a fan running the whole time even if it was turned off that made a weird noise the whole time. The drain in the shower was clogged. The beds were not comfortable. The room just felt dirty and the bedding had a smell that didn’t seem to be freshly washed. The food at breakfast was never replenished both days we stayed. When the food was gone they never brought more out, regardless of time.

房间很干净，但一些厨房用具有点凌乱。工作人员反应迅速。浴缸的排水管排不出去水，暖气和空调系统一直运转，噪音很大，让人很不舒服。达到设定温度后，空调并没有自动关闭，而是不断变换送风方式。
我和家人在这里住了一晚，体验非常棒。房间非常干净、温馨舒适，设施齐全。浴室也很棒。下次来凤凰城，我们一定还会选择这里。
